Sushi Burrito
The food truck of 2016 was definitely the sushi burrito truck, where it is common to find line up for hours to get the hybrid roll. For those who are not familiar, sushi burrito is fusion of sushi and burrito (obviously). It is an enlarged sushi roll (maki) in the shape of a burrito stuffed with Japanese ingredients like sashimi, tempura, shrimp, crab, chicken and a variety of vegetables.
Rolltation has a large selection of sushi burrito on menu, including Classic Salmon, Wasabi Tuna, Teri Shrimp, Kimchi Beef, Curry Chicken, Cheddar Chicken, Skinny Sumo, and Fruity Tofu. Prices range from $8.99 to $14.99 depending on the ingredients.
We tasted a few different sushi burrito, and all of them tasted great. The meat were all very fresh and delicious and complemented well with the veggie side. Rolltation’s sushi burrito are also very generous with the meats and veggie, so it has good balance of rice and protein/veggie. Perfect for lunch or dinner!
Roll your Own Sushi Burrito
Beside the set menu, you can also customize and create your own sushi burrito! You can pick your protein, 3 veggie, sauce, 3 toppings, and crunch. Show your creative side and make the perfect combination!
Poke
Beside Sushi Burrito, Rolltation also offer Poke bowls. Inspired by Hawaiian cuisines, poke are raw fish and sliced vegetable served on a bowl of white rice. It is like an inside-out sushi burrito!
Rolltation offers the poke version of the sushi burrito preset menu. It is probably easier to enjoy the fresh fish and veggie in a bowl rather than the ingredients dripping all around in the sushi burrito! There is also create your own version for poke where you can customize your own protein, toppings, and sides.
Drinks
Beside the typical soft drinks, Rolltation also offers avocado booster and mango sunshine juices. They go well with the sushi burrito/poke and will make you have a very full meal!

This sounds great! I try and limit my carbs so often the rice is a bit of a no-no with sushi but I love the sound of making it into a poke bowl. And avocado smoothies sound amazing!
