What is Mongolian Grill?
Despite the name, Mongolian grill did not originate from Mongolia and rather was developed in Taiwan in the 1950s. It is inspired by the Mongolia style of open surface cooking and also derive from Japanese teppenyaki.

Steps to Create you Own Grill
Best thing about Genghis Khan Mongolian Grill is that you can create your own grill and the chef will cook it on the large metal plate in front of you, so each bowl is hot, fresh, and customized.
Step 1 – Pick meat. You can choose from beef, pork, lamb, and Chicken
Step 2 – Add vegetable, toppings, and noodles
Step 3 – Add sauce. Be sure to add lots to make your bowl favorable
Step 4 – Give the bowl to the chef and watch it grill in the burning fire
Step 5 – Enjoy your Mongolian Grill bowl!
Buffet
Beside the DIY Mongolian Grill bowls, Genghis Khan Mongolian Grill also offers a wide selection of Chinese buffet. There is large variety of dim sum, fried food, and chinese dishes such as bourbon chicken, general Tao chicken, and lychee shrimp.
Dessert
The other highlight of Genghis Khan Mongolian Grill is definitely the dessert section. There is chocolate fondue, where you can dip in strawberry, pineapple, and marshmallow.
There is also a shaved ice machine and you can create halo-halo!
Other dessert sections include cream puff, cakes, and puddings
Overall we enjoyed Genghis Khan Mongolian Grill very much and will come back for the Mongolian bowls and chocolate fondue!
