The Pink Box Review: Beauty Subscription Box with Purpose

Have you started your Christmas shopping yet? I surely haven’t…I am always a last minute person. BUT today I can give you a little tips on what to get your girl friends and surprises them with a little special subscription box called “The Pink Box”.

The Pink Box is a beauty subscription box with purpose. They are a new initiative from GIRL TALK Empowerment—a social enterprise dedicated to uniting and empowering girls to make their mark on the world. Each month, The Pink Box will send subscribers high quality and socially conscious beauty items right to your door. As this is the December version of The Pink Box, they are very considerate and include gloves to keep all subscribers warm! These 100% wool gloves made by Ark Imports are probably one of my go to gloves for the upcoming cold weather. These gloves are made with 100% New Zealand Wool and is made in Nepal. The texture of this glove is very soft and the inside is sew with a layer of fleece so that will keep you extra warm!

2. Muffymade cards

December is the season for exchanging cards with your loved ones, this year why not give out a card that is one of a kind instead of generic cards from chain stores? Muffymade creates cards that are not only cute but with style at the same time. I like the simplicity of the card but yet it will send your message directly to your love ones.

3. Lindt

Alright, need me say more? It was wonderful to find the subscription box to be stuffed with Lindt Chocolate! The rich and soft centre of every Lindt will definitely make everyone happy and warm over the winter!

4. Hurraw! Mint lip balm

As mentioned in my Top 4 Must Have Winter Essentials, lip balm is definitely a must have! I tried this Hurraw Balm mint lip balm, and it’s very minty and it gives you a refreshing feeling to the lips! Best of all, they are all made with organic and vegan raw ingredients! This mint lip balm is definitely going into my purse!

5. Consonant Natural Foaming Face Wash

This is actually my second time to come in touch with the brand Consonant Skincare. as I have tried their lemon grass and grapefruit soap bar previously. All their products are made with 100% certified organic ingredients. Even though my skin is rather sensitive, I don’t feel itchy or too dry after using this face wash. I would highly recommend them to anyone. This foaming face wash is unscented and it will not cause irritation to my face.

6. One Thing Designs – One Thing Lockets

Last but certainly not least, this month’s subscription box also comes with a nice bracelet by One Thing Designs. I think this is a rather cool idea. These hand made bracelets, comes with a little locket, where you can use the provided cotton vellum paper to send a little message to you love ones or simply hold that memory close to you! Cute isn’t it?
